Pros
I'm working in Innodata as a Marklogic developer since 2017. Work culture is very good, timing also flexible behavior of all people in Team is too GOOD. Here you will get a lot of opportunities for learning prospective as Innodata have very Good projects as per the current scenario., i.e. Publishing, insurance, medical, editing.
Cons
The only cons here is - that the appraisal is not being on Time, They always do it very late, like appraisal starts in January but they will provide a letter in March or April. However, your whole increased salary is paid whenever you will get an appraisal letter.
