They string you along and never follow through

Pros

They have a profit sharing which is nice. They give $20 once a month for lunch delivery. Otherwise, everything else is below standard.

Cons

Their pay is below market, and they know it and hope you don’t care. Mgmt is completely incompetent (other than Tucker, but he won’t last much longer). The company is slowly dying after a nice spike because the Business Development team can’t diversify and senior management doesn’t understand customer relationships - all our customers hate us.

Pros

Fast paced hardware company with a highly regarded product. Employees work hard, but they are well compensated. Senior management is very approachable. Company is employee and equity partners owned. Probable acquisition in the next year will provide good profit sharing.

Cons

As a vendor, supply chain issues can combine with tight delivery schedules to create intense windows for assembly, test and delivery. Bonuses have been given for the added work. Benefits are not great.
