As for the concerns around compensation, please note that we recently concluded a comprehensive pay revision cycle (Jan ’24 – Apr ’25) during which all eligible employees received salary increases, resulting in an overall average hike of 14%.
We actively benchmark our compensation process to stay competitive, and we are glad to share that our professionals (across different levels) are paid on par with the industry standard.
