I'm working in innominds from past 3 years there is work life balance and great colleagues.

Cons

I'm disappointed with salary hike i expected hike compared to my work and experience but i didn't got. coming to leaves getting only one casual leave per month some companies have health checkups for employees on quarterly or half early basis but there is no such things

Hiring took more than 3 months as they only favour top tier college students and salary for same is hire and they don't need to serve the bond period.

not much here. office location in hyderabad

Cons

Many people on bench are forced to leave or are terminated. They dont have much projects is the reason for people on bench. BAD Hr practises like you join as a trainee and they keep the title trainee for 1.5 years. Although they hire as software engineer. This is bad for career
