No salary hikes: For the past four years, there have been no increments. Employees only receive hikes if they personally request them from their manager, otherwise nothing is given. Exit process issues: The exit process is tedious. Billing employees are forced to serve the full three-month notice period, and even after exit, the full and final settlement is delayed. Favoritism in hikes: Salary hikes are given only to favored employees, not based on performance. Initial package vs. growth: While they offer a good package at the time of joining, there is no growth afterward.
