Four years with the company has been great with lot of learning,opportunities to work on new technologies. Enjoyable work culture. All the managers i worked till now are very supportive and helped to improve my skills and perform better day by day. Job pressure has not impacted on my personal life. My family is happy with my career growth and job.

Cons

Not much of fresher jobs. Company is not known to many people

I have joined here 4 months back.Before joining in this company i have seen some bad reviews here, but i am saying this is good place to work, some waste fellows will tell bad about good company, becuase they are bad. Every company will have some uniqueness to orgnaize.Its not easy to manage 600+ employees, who gave bad reviews here about innominds,you just start one company and give jobs for 3 members and manage company then you will understood the pain.See if you don't like don't do job here,but don't comment badly here.600+ employees that means 600 familys are depend on innominds.You will get salary every month on time if company in profits or even in loss.

On time Salary, None other. Time waste to think even.

Cons

A lot. Company is full of relatives. Even in the meetings, people speak local language. Worst language is being used. No professionalism. Process - This word doesn't suit this company at all. They expect 24/7 support. If you are good looking, then u can survive without even working.
