Great Company has good Work/ Life Balance, culture, talented people, executive leadership, strong customer focus and strong technology/product focus. Here everyone is moving in the same direction with the same goals(across sales, client service, BD, engineering, product etc). The executive team really preaches what they speak and are open about how the company can improve. Every employee has complete freedom to express his ideas in terms of project or Technology.
