      Pros

      This company has been a refreshing change for me in my 10 yr IT experience. It really appreciates the value of a true performer and gives exposure to various new technologies and also client side interactions.

      Cons

      There may be few nagging issues here and there considering the size of the company. But I when I compare it to the positives I would advice not to care about these.

      Worst HR & senior mangement NO WFH option for lower grade engineer Torching mentally HR never ever listen to you. They only follow only what manager usse to say
