      Transparency in communication to all the individuals from the management. On par with the market standards in terms of technology and compensation. Culture driven with no hierarchy, which is a feel good factor. Career growth to the deserving members.

      Need to understand the processes and culture initially upon joining.Thereafter as we get indulged into the work, everything falls in place.
