1. Gives training to employees. 2. Flexible timings? 3. Time to time salary.
Cons
1. Fake promises to his own employees on the name of better career and hikes. 2. Shows too much interest in negligence and delaying things. 3. Never keep there words even in written. 4. On the name of flexible timings employees were forced to work beyond work hours(9hr + sometimes more than 12 hrs ) and in weekends, and never give compensations that mush easily. 5. Creating too much stress creating unhappy employees. 6. Pathetic tea cups in office. 7. Sadistic in nature some human resources, No responses to calls. 8. No proper exit policy.
