The culture is typical of what you would find at a tech company – energetic, fun, slower paced than other tech companies but still rewarding. Each project has its own set of demands. Employee needs are a top priority. Constantly something new to learn, at least in the first year.

Cons

Most employees are a good fit for the culture. Others not so much.

Everything about working here is a pro. The culture. The pay. The people. The projects. It’s a fantastic company to work for and I’m grateful to be a part of the Innominds family.

Cons

The workload has gotten intense in the past few weeks. We need more people to help manage it all.

Everyone in a leadership position has excellent communication skills. All of my coworkers were friendly and fun to work with. Great HR department; very proactive.

Cons

Only thing is that there isn’t a lot of opportunity to move up within the company.
