Even though the country was hit hard by COVID-19, Innominds made sure its employees still had their jobs in the end. I’m very appreciative of everything they’ve done, and more grateful than I can even say to still have a job during these uncertain times.

Cons

To save people’s jobs, they had to reduce some of our salaries. I don’t personally mind because I care about my coworkers, but I know some people have complained about this.

Work Life balance only if you are lucky enough to get a good project

Cons

No personal growth, The condition in this pandemic is very poor, salary cuts, HR is really poor, No encouragement pay hikes for employees, arrogant managers. They are just behind billing, They don't appreciate good resource
