1. Good projects and good clients. 2. Competitive salary (on paper) 3. Work culture is relatively ok.

Cons

1. Management, more like a family business by top three person. 2. Growth is completely based on on repo to key person in top management. 3. Mapping to two projects for financial survival of few associates. 4. Variable pay cut is common and long lasting.

Cons

It's been a rough ride with pay cuts and significant delays in the hike cycle. It feels like every time there's a need to trim costs, management finds new reasons to slash our paychecks. The mantra seems to be 'no project, no salary,' leaving employees feeling undervalued and insecure about their financial stability. It's disheartening to witness talented colleagues being let go in what feels like a constant state of 'fire! fire!'
