Worst Company. Lot of false information and hidden policies

Nothing, except salary if you're in the Project.
Cons
1. Don't fall in the trap of above paid and positive reviews. 2. Before joining, recruiter will tell alot positive points like Product based company,twice hike,strong process,new technologies etc. 3. But, once you join the company, you will feel all were false just only attarct the resources to join this company. 4. Here HRs and Managements are very narrow minded and come from the micro management non tech background. 4. They don't know how to deal with the professional and talk like anything unprofessionally. 5. They keep alot hidden policies which is not disclosed/shared with the resources and bring only when you're leaving this organization to create a problem for you. They will torcher like anything and will force you to pay back to them if you want to go out from the organization. 6. They deduct the PF amount but don't credit in your PF account even for 1 yr and will not pay any interest on it. You have to keep asking for PF credit. 7. Here HRs and Management don't respond you when you ask them for any concern/clarification even through Email or Internal chat (Mobile Numbers are hidden to avoid reaching out directly by calling them). 8. F&F settlements are also not done properly, You have to beg for it again and again. 9. Salary will be creditted by late night through Cheque clerance or may be late night. 10. No Canteen facilities provided.
