Not Suitable for Freshers

Pros

- I have nothing to share in pros but I my colleagues were very supportive

Cons

- Bad HR Policies - No job security, company not up to the mark - No encouragement, Less learning curve, Not positive mindset people - Very rude and disrespectful Team Lead's - No work-life balance - When you are on the bench then better search for another job before you run into trouble. - No proper resource allocation and planning.
