Beware CTS department

Pros

The company is actually pretty great and has fantastic benefits and pay.

Cons

Rigid and micromanaging company and leadership that frown on innovation or new ideas. Very cliquey company where if you aren't part of the in group you're part of the out group and will be shunned. Management lacks respect for employees and will talk trash about them, which is largely unprofessional. The CTS department has a high turnover rate for good reason. If you're looking for a technical role, don't put your eggs in this basket and look elsewhere instead. Overall, if you don't fit in right away, this will be a stressful job.

Pros

Hybrid working available. Company bonus dependent on performance (you & company)

Cons

Can be stressful at times, with not a lot of support. Higher management are not visible day-to-day. Wage is average. No perks.

Pros

Excellent opportunities for growth and development Innovative and interesting projects to work on Great colleagues from all departments and all parts of the world

Cons

Old building and poor facilities Some of the most senior managers are very controlling and every decision (big or small) needs to be made by them
