I appreciate the company's commitment to work-life balance. They understand that their employees have lives outside of work and are accommodating. Training and development programs offered by this company are exceptional. I feel like I am constantly learning and growing. Company values diversity and inclusivity. I feel comfortable being myself at work and appreciate the efforts to create a safe and welcoming environment.

seniors with greater knowledge who assist us wherever needed . workplace activities and organising events are nice. Free speech and open-minded discussions are encouraged. Good recognition is given for top performers.

Cons

benefits and other perks are little less . When there are strict deadlines, the work-life balance might occasionally become uneasy.
