Pros
Excellent participation and ease of access in communicating with several teams. The ability to tackle both 'well defined' project pipelines and, ambitious, not-so-greatly planned ones. People/Dev/Manager support and constant interaction, Daily calls, Being on the same page. Avoiding late conflicts or most unseen issues.
Cons
None too critical or 'bad'. I didn't have any intolerable or painful experiences. There were casual ups and down, good days, busy days. I wished the pay was more, back when i was working.
