      Worst Company I've Ever Worked For

      I really can't think of any. I guess they were polite some of the time.

      Cons

      Just a cold soulless company to work for. Very similar to Robert Half, but without the advantages. Management was oscillated between condescension mixed with passive aggressiveness and outright threats. Everyone was constantly afraid of losing their job. Also, it's an Indian run company and run like an Indian company, replete with nepotism.

      US Based team is amazing

      Cons

      Unless you are a family member, friend of the family or etc. you can forget about getting any respect. They hire unqualified people at high salaries and take advantage of the actual worker bees. One director hasn't recruited in years and likes to try and tell you how to do your job. The India office is a sweatshop, benefits are horrible and things are hidden from you in the interview . Such a shame

      Pros

      they give cake and ice cream once a month

      Cons

      upper management rather fire than help fix any issues. they are constantly losing employees in every department no one really stays longer than a year there if they are lucky. management only cares about quick profits and saving cost instead of a having a good foundation. if you are interviewing ask them about their turn over rate and see the answer you receive. This is a sink or swim company
