Meaningful Work: The projects are engaging and impactful, allowing employees to see the direct results of their contributions. This sense of purpose makes coming to work rewarding.

Cons

Growth Pains (Minor): As the company grows, some processes can sometimes feel a bit less streamlined than they used to be. This is a minor point, as management is usually quick to address these and iterate on improvements. Cons

With low job security, the contract needs to be renewed yearly. When the client terminates the staff's contract and the company cannot find another headcount within a limited time, the employee will be released. Limited resources and benefits for the engineering teams.
