      Pros

      The pay is decent and you can work from home.

      Cons

      They hold your last paycheck once you quit out of spite. I had to contact an attorney so I could get issued my last paycheck because they are holding my paycheck until they receive my equipment I've already sent my equipment they know that cuz I sent them receipt of my return I still haven't got paid it's been over a week. This is illegal in the state of Florida and I was a work from home representative for BNY Mellon Bank for this company.

      Long history, some people really mean well, strong team mentality

      Cons

      Unpaid bonuses, unpaid commissions, toxic and hostile environment, terrible leadership at EVP lvl, falsifying documents to clients, horrible benefits.

      Underpaid and Undervalued

      Pros

      I worked for AT&T as a contractor and they just gave me this list to choose from. and I chose this one. I negotiated my pay directly with AT&T and then they paid me via this company.

      Cons

      When my contract ended, they made no attempt to find me other work. They made no effort to negotiate raises. They really did nothing for me. When I renewed my contract with AT&T, I switched contracting companies.
