The owner has lost his mind and will most likely end up losing the company. If you have been here more than 15 years, you had better start looking for a new role. Loyalty is punished here not rewarded. They renamed themselves probably due to negativity and will most likely try to again. If you are not a family member or personal friend expect to receive a pink slip.
