Great people at all levels of the company - I have been working at makepositive (Less than a year) Pros: -> Best Work Culture -> Top Management listens to you I work with smart engineers who are willing to help and help you learn. Management cares about your career advancement and wants to help you succeed.

Cons

None really, It would be great if there are any employee benefits.

Pros

I have been working at Innova Solutions full-time (More than 6 months) Innova's working culture is very good and get opportunities to practice cutting edge technologies especially in cloud environment. It is a place for those who wants to grow technically and professionally.Innova always encourage its employees to come up with new ideas and invest money on it.

Cons

No nothing Specific , I have not faced any issues till now.

Innova's vision enables and creates opportunities to its employees to work with some of the smarted people in the industry and also experience some of the latest and greatest technologies. Good employee benefits to compliment your job - What's interesting is, Innova values feedback and continuously works on making changes catering to employee needs !

Cons

Unfortunately, companies go through growing pains. It is easy to get caught up in the business to meet customer needs while companies try to grow in parallel. Innova is relatively doing a good job in focusing on both in comparison with companies with same growth needs. Continue to focus on building the right talent across the organization for a successful future.
