Not a great place to work.

Pros

They purchase US Companies just to pull the jobs and send them to their offshore recruiters. They ruin the companies they buy.

Cons

They changed the comp plan and reduced comission by 30% after one year and another 20% the next year. They had the nerve to say they would not go below 50% like that was some great thing. Who reduces their people's comissions? They just wanted to get rid of us and they did.
