      I Join Innova solutions because TCS is client and I got opportunity to work in TCS.

      Cons

      Worst HR management senior HR is useless. Salary Issues , I still not got my full and final settlement amount. Please do not work this company payroll this people hiring the employees on the name of MNC company and when MNC company put you on beach they didn't pay you for that number of days.They didn't infrom you this thing at the time of joining.

      Very Good flexible environment. Working on cutting edge latest technologies. HR policies are well defined Very friendly, team environment. Now, it started to value to employee that is improvement from startup culture. Able leaders Good exposure with the customers. Salaries are par to the industry standards Well defined recruitment process right from profile submission to closures They are expanding their operations in Vizag & Bangalore which has high potential for the companies growth factors.

      Cons

      The management should think of giving internal job transfer to the employees if any opportunity arises in other locations.
