Pros

Bought good companies with good clients and run them as independent BUs.

Cons

Executive team has no time/interest to check on leadership team. Leadership has no trust on employees and employees are treated as just commodities/resources. HR has no voice and no time to take care of employees and their performance reviews.

They don't pay in time They play with US immigration system They care only for money They are looting innocent young CPT/opt/h1b employees USCIS needs to revoke this company from USA

Thanks for the feedback. Our people are a primary asset so investment in their growth and tools for success are important. We provide on-line learning opportunities to support this goal. As a privately held company that has had both organic and inorganic growth over the years, integration is always a challenge. Although it is one that we embrace, and all support functions work hard to accomplish - it does in all honesty take time.
