Here you will get the opportunity to learn from successful leaders; freedom of working in own genre. Company is equipped with great infrastructure, learning programs and facilities. Pros

I am no working with the company anymore but really felt to write a review 1) Best building in NCR with 10 floors. No staffing company has it. 2) Very supportive management, the general managers, directors in staffing from Noida and US are great humans. 3)a Great homely feeling in everybody, people are very down to earth. at days, difficult to understand i f you are talking to a millionaire.

Cons

1) not a good company for people, who wants easy life. 2) Hard is the only way to successful, saying good things to management people does not help here 3) decision baking on non performers is quick. did not seen anyone being fired after good effort. 4) managing a relationship with the general managers and directors does not save anybody's job.
