Remember this review will be helpful for currently working employees and who got offer from Innova (planning to join). your experience won’t be valuable if you work here and people won’t recognise this as a company they will think this as Toyota Innova instead of Innova solutions. I worked here for more than 2 years to put it in a single line “one of the worst companies in Chennai”. I like the work culture here I used spend more time in game zone than in work area at office, thats why I stayed here 2 years and still working so no work and work pressure enjoy. I worked in a team where fresher is more technical than manager pay scale is very less and coming to appraisal if you are average performer then 2.5%, moderate 3%, good 5%, excellent 9%. Coming to HR team this is too worst I can’t explain they have B.tech graduates as HR Team too greedy to recruit a proper MBA guy for HR role. * If you got relieved from Innova, before relieving they say your salary will be credited in 25 days, do not believe them they won’t credit it even after 70 days that too if you continuously follow up the status they will credit This happened to one of my colleague. * If you try to reach via security or direct HR landline they won’t respond they will feel like they are working in Toyota Innova that moment they will forget it is just Innova solutions. * This is for current employees if you have any cab allowances they won’t credit it when you relieve, they cheated one of my friend with 2 months of cab allowance. So be carefull. I work in night shifts they wont change my shift even after informing them health issues. Be careful before you join this organisation, I am sure you will regret your decision.
