      Pros

      With a lot to be fixed there is the ability to wear many hats! There is a lot of upside potential, since there is so much that needs to be done.

      Cons

      You often have to wear all of the hats and then no one ever takes them back. With so much improvement needed, the company has problems prioritizing its initiatives.

      Rapidly Growing-Great learning experience

      Pros

      Great opportunity to learn if you are willing to work hard and roll up your sleeves. You are rewarded for your creativity and encouraged to come up with solutions. The people are fantastic and friendly to work with. This is a fast paced company so you have to be ready for challenges on a daily basis and be flexible. A lot of changes have been made in the past 2 years to improve and enhance the culture.

      Cons

      The company has rapidly grown through acquisitions over the past 3 years so the systems and processes are not quite mature yet, but if you work here you will get a chance to improve those processes.
