      It's been great working here am undergoing training and it is very good. Management is great in answering the queries. Am very much satisfied

      Pros

      It offers good pay and perks, provides health insurance both medical and dental. They provide 401k.

      Cons

      Administration needs to be a little more transparent. Some sort of performance based bonuses would be appreciated.

      Pros

      During start they seemed to be good.... what i realised in starting was company was concerned for there employees but it lasted hardly few days.

      Cons

      Managers know only to pressurise associates and their way of working is very unprofessional. Even in training period they make trainees work like senior associates. Targets for senior and newly recruited people are same. There is a lot of politics. This is the reason most of my batch mates left this company very early.
