      Pros

      As i have an experience of 3 other companies in staffing (Lancesoft, Mindlance, Confidential), but i would say this is the best among all till now.

      Cons

      Please improve incentive plans.

      Best Working environment, Healthy and Lively work force, Management thinks about the psychological safety of the employees, Abundant training to elevate our competencies is provided, Compensations are best in the industry
