      ACS is an emerging company in Staffing industry. I have learned a lot in 4 years of span of time, starting with Executive level to manage the team, I have got the opportunities to learn and grow. ACS believes in young talent too and deploy them to be a bright future of the company.

      It has been a great journey with ACS since last 3 years. Great team work, good work culture & excellent team to work with. Challenging & knowledgeable work which helps a lot in enhancing your skills.

      Pros

      There's a ton of turnover so you'll see a bunch of brand new faces. People have a shelf life of 6-9 months.

      Cons

      They pay salary for hourly jobs. Then work you like a mule 6 or 7 days a week. There's extreme favoritism so pick your allies carefully. It's an extremely toxic environment.
