      they give cake and ice cream once a month

      Cons

      upper management rather fire than help fix any issues. they are constantly losing employees in every department no one really stays longer than a year there if they are lucky. management only cares about quick profits and saving cost instead of a having a good foundation. if you are interviewing ask them about their turn over rate and see the answer you receive. This is a sink or swim company

      1. since it is a startup with the headquarters in Santa Clara,CA, it provides a good start in the career of a fresher. 2. management is considerate of the needs of the employees

      due to its location in kandhanchavadi, there are chances you may get stuck in heavy traffic especially in the peak hours.
