Working in ACS from more than one year, I would easily say this is one of the best organization in my career. The good thing about working here is: Colleagues are friendly and very helpful. Work Environment is Stress free. Provides the platform to learn, through regular trainings. Good scope of career enhancement. Management is supportive, they understand the challenges as they are from recruitment background. They always appreciates your Ideas, initiatives and Efforts (which is a key for job satisfaction).

Cons

HR needs to be more proactive, than reactive. But overall the pros cover up for the cons.
