From day one employee will see oneself getting victim of management's politics and favoritism.. if one has to survive then one must know the art of polishing boots by licking.

None whatsoever. Terrible in every way.

As a former internal employee of a company purchased by ACS, I can inform you that their own computer systems and methodologies border on the antiquated. They lie to employees and contractors. Some recruiters who voluntarily left described "unethical behavior" as one of their reasons for leaving. Another comment heard repeatedly is that they are basically a "meat grinder" for contractors and care nothing for them at all.
