      Pros

      Was very excited about the opportunity to learn and grow within the company.........that is what attracted me to the company, an opportunity for growth.

      Cons

      They don't believe in training their employees.......pretty much throw you in the position, and expect you to learn it on your own. Also, there is not an open door policy........they will not discuss your job performance with you, and let you know how you are doing. They will just let you go, without any explanation................

      It placed me with a job. Had some pay issues but they were resolved.

      Pros

      Okay company with a good placement. They mainly serve the heathcare industry so if that is your cup of tea that is the company for you.

      Cons

      They do not seem to have a good understanding of the job requirements for IT or what the capabilities of the personnel who work for them. They do not seem to field quality candidates.
