Meaningful Work: The projects are engaging and impactful, allowing employees to see the direct results of their contributions. This sense of purpose makes coming to work rewarding.

Cons

Growth Pains (Minor): As the company grows, some processes can sometimes feel a bit less streamlined than they used to be.
