      Only thing for good thing I can mention is salary they offer. Rest is a nightmare.

      Cons

      Disorganized, no guidance, no bench period. If you have other options, I would recommend not touching this company at all.

      I have been working wid innova since 1 year. Management is good. They will listen to you and always take decision in favor of you if u r right. Work life balance is very good

      Less on site opportunity. Increment is not good among industry
