It was a good work experience but due to a reorganization process they laid me off without notice.

Cons

Too much unnecessary stress too much pressure even though you do a good job and your evaluations were excellent at the end they laid me off without notice.

Health insurance is good. 20 PTO day is good

Cons

Horrible place, no room for growth at all. The operation is negatively impacted by the upstair sister company. Also if they let someone go, they will send out an email to the whole company to do an "announcement" in a very unthoughtful way. Management likes to hire a lot of senior people so there are not enough "staff" to do the real work. Some sr. persons have a bad attitude toward staff, no respect for people who work for/with you at all.
