Pros
I worked in the fish tracking division. The work is exciting and unique and at the time I was working there, the company as a whole was really growing. The company does lots of 'employee appreciation' events including food trucks and other out of office event. I rarely felt I did not have the resources and/or help I needed to do my job and people are open to creative approaches to any problem. Myself and other people I have worked with say it is one of the best work environments they have worked in.
Cons
The fish tracking division of Innovasea was originally a company that got bought out by Innovasea. Through that purchase there were a lot of growing pains. Divisions within the company seem to have grown a little more since that purchase. Additionally, because the industry is fairly unique, there isn't as much transferable knowledge to other industry.
