Pros

Company lives out core values daily. Team is close and incredibly helpful to one another. Fully remote work (even outside of COVID). Small team means we all get to know one another.

Cons

Fully remote can be isolating at times. Government contracts can feel uncertain. Limited upward growth options.

- lots of talented, humble co-workers; we laugh a lot - company's core values are present and acknowledge throughout company - flex time - work when it works for you without sacrificing the client - 100% remote, I can work anywhere - company is always hiring with little turnover due to constant contract awards

Cons

- not sure of personal growth path or salary increases - 100% remote, I miss being with people sometimes
