Pros

Working as a Bid Consultant here has been a great learning experience. I got exposure to government and private tenders, RFP analysis, proposal preparation, and coordination with different teams. The team is supportive, and if you're willing to take initiative, you'll get plenty of opportunities to learn and grow.

Cons

Bid submissions often come with tight deadlines, so the workload can be intense during peak periods. Since multiple departments are involved, getting documents and approvals on time can sometimes be challenging. A more structured process and better planning would make things smoother

Freedom to contribute ideas and collaborate with developers and stakeholders throughout the design process. 4. Good learning environment for designers looking to improve their skills in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and design systems. 5. Multiple projects may need to be managed simultaneously, making workload balancing challenging. 3. User research and usability testing opportunities are limited on some projects due to client timelines.
