Not bad for a starter job

Pros

Friendly coworkers Onsite cafeteria - cheap lunches Onsite gym Steady schedule Good benefits If you know who to ask, their documents or how-tos are decent.

Cons

Promises change and does not go through with it - does not care about general techs and their mental well-being or safety. Promised only one weekend per month to work, employees work EVERY weekend. Favoritism Toxic management - micro managing EVERYONE. Team leads also get micro managed too often and I can't help but feel bad. HR is RUDE and uncaring. They constantly have attitudes and help no one.

People Pay was about average Healthcare plan with no contribution for employee Average PTO

Cons

Sub-standard hardware (Dev machines hamstrung by mechanical HDDs, restarts take 30+ minutes) Work is passed out ad-hoc with no real planning Micromanagement is the norm Salaried employees must clock in and out and hit 40 hours each week You can have flex time as long as you’re at work from 8-5 every day Clear and obvious favoritism Training is non-existent Processes and procedures are mostly non-existent or railed against every time we “GOT TO” make a release
