-Pay is decent for the area -Fellow Employees are cool

Cons

-Unapproachable team leads -Disorganised documentation -All of the chairs are broken -no ergonomics -false promises that things will get better -never get told you do good. Meetings and talks are all about what you are doing wrong. -upper management is not helpful -toxic work environment -no company culture
