Pay isn’t as good as it seems, you will sacrifice a lot of your weekends, personal time after quitting time because of mandatory OT because the call center is overwhelmed 99% of the time. Upper management is the worst I’ve ever experienced. If upper management had to pass a background check to work here it wouldn’t happen, luckily they’re grandfathered in and protected by the CEO. Management and HR are backstabbers. Don’t complain to HR if you like being employed.

Chairs and desks are broken and uncomfortable. They order a few new chairs here and there but they are cheap and break within a month. You do not have your own desk so you are forced to share desks with other individuals. Sickness spreads quickly in this environment. Management is toxic. There is no clear communication to management. They will do the best they can to avoid any real concerns. Overworked is an understatement. Frequent mandatory overtime every day and you don't even find out until an hour before your shift ends. Everyone gets tired and burnt out and management wonders why they have people come and go constantly. Not to mention working nearly every weekend. Every other department seems to be treated well except the Support Department. Picture a scene from office space. When you mess up you have to answer to 3 bosses who micromanage like there is no tomorrow. If you travel for the company you only get paid during business hours. They will consistently book flights outside of business hours to avoid paying you. They will also book flights home that are red eyes and force you into the office the next morning despite not even getting home at 3am. They are a "family company" however if you need time off be prepared to fight for it. Often you will not know if time is approved until a few weeks before hand. If you are planning a vacation good luck. Information systems are disorganized and good luck finding any usable documentations. You are talked down on. Only ever told when you have done wrong. Never praise for anything. The company culture is everyone is replaceable. They show no initiative to make employees assets and treat you as a worker bee. Don't expect a career here as there is little to no room to advance.
