Pros

Flexible hours, large company, international staff, good environment for people who aren’t afraid to push for change and improvement

Cons

Recently acquired by ProQuest/Ex Libris, their competitor. There was an FTC investigation. Look it up. Marshall Breeding library software industry reports will also tell you a lot about the current state of the company. From the inside: Most staff are just generic software sales and product people who lack industry passion. Staff even speak of the library profession in disparaging ways. They are also weirdly super profit driven and extremely wasteful at the same time.

Pros

Flexible schedule, good PTO schema, good location, nice people to work with for the most part.

Cons

No room for professional development, limited training, low salaries, very conservative management ideas, most managers are not prepared for their role. They do not value people. Office morale is not good.
