- Lots of employee turnover - Very little clarity of mission. "Be #1" is not a mission statement. - Cut-throat work culture. There is a lot of insecurity involved in working here, which doesn't bring out the best in people. - Executive team and management have very little interest in long term planning. - You will spend a lot of time putting out fires. And every fire is treated as a five-alarm fire. - Lack of commitment to good development practices. - If you don't get out soon enough, you will gradually get the life sucked out of you. For a company that doesn't accomplish much, they still manage to burn out those who can't extricate themselves in a timely manner. - Very top-down (and top-heavy) management structure. And despite all the people in leadership roles, there is not much leadership here. - Pay is below market rate.
