      Pros

      Flexible hours, vacation time is fairy decent compared to other companies (4 weeks).

      Cons

      Their whole "Awesome Culture" is a line of BS. They care about their employees only as long as their employees play their game and don't demand too much of a salary.

      The culture here is amazing. Our core values include: Inspiring Smiles, Owning It, Learn Teach Grow, and Keep it Simple.

      Cons

      This is hard to answer, I had to think about this for a while. I think the one downside in my department is that there isn't a lot of room to grow.
