Our company growth and great culture has been recognized by numerous awards as noted on the Awards & Recognition page of our website. Here are some recent awards just to highlight a few: - We were named one of 2016 Top 50 Fastest Growing Private Companies in the Twin Cities, awarded by Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. This award is based on revenue growth over the past three years. - We were recognized by Minnesota Business Magazine as one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For. This was our sixth consecutive year of winning this award and shows our great culture!

      Innovative is just like it's name. The company is built upon a relationships matter belief system and it shows up every single day in the office. The company culture is absolutely amazing. When you step foot into the building you can feel the energy and the hard work every employees puts in each day. From daily workouts and company parties to being able to work closely with the company leadership team, Innovative is an amazing place to work!
