Recently changed their commission for the worse. Hard to make a decent living. No fuel compensation for travel, wear and tear on your own vehicle. Constantly changing directions on how to perform your job. They want you to team sell, yet they don't have enough specialists to assist when needed. Negative under tones from the chief sales director. Favoritism with leadership. It used to be a great place to work until the loss of Jennifer Smith/Founder.

It’s been almost 9 years since working at Innovative Office Solutions and even after all these years I look back at my time there and think, “wow that was the worst most toxic job I ever worked at.” The people are awful, management has an issue with favoritism and nepotism. There is no project management, or guidance.
